Kenda Dawwami

is an Austin-based entrepreneur and real estate expert currently serving as the co-founder and co-president of Constructinople, a general contractor offering design and build services. In this role, she employs her expertise in affordable housing on a diverse range of projects. She provides invaluable leadership, strategic vision, and forges partnerships across the real estate industry, financial institutions, and within City of Austin staff.

As the co-founder and co-president of Constructinople, Dawwami leads the team by examining the potential of lots and provides insights on how to create the maximum utilization of the space. She also counsels the team with her extensive knowledge of affordable housing in Austin in order to secure city funds while establishing client and partnership relations. Dawwami looks forward to furthering the mission of Constructinople via increasing the supply of affordable housing across Austin.

Fayez Kazi

is an activator of people and disruptor of industry using his expertise in engineering, development and entrepreneurship to nurture the next wave of leaders through mentorship, investments and philanthropic efforts. As the founder and CEO of HEXAH, a collective of industry leaders and partners creating connected and complete communities, he employs his two decades of leadership and engineering experience to expand the Austin skyline and create opportunities for future leaders to make a difference in the community.

Eyad Kasemi

is an experienced general contractor, real estate developer and civil engineer, currently serving as a co-founder and principal at Constructinople, a general contractor offering design and build services. As a Syrian refugee, Kasemi understands the obstacles people face when finding a home in the United States. His personal experiences have motivated him to provide quality affordable housing for immigrants, minorities and low income persons so that everyone has the opportunity to have a home and community in a thriving city.

As principal of Constructinople, Kasemi provides public and private sector clients with entitlements. He also assists in the design, management and construction of site development projects. His solid understanding of environmental sensitivities, grading, draining and the permitting process are a key aspect of what makes the organization such a success.
